1. As per the Government of India’s security regulations, it is mandatory for all guests to give a photocopy of identity proof (Valid passport for foreigners and Valid Vissa) at the time of check-in.
2. Hotel The Golden Beach Resort the right to refuse check-in in the absence of a valid ID. All guests must be at least 18 years old to eligible to Check-In to The Golden Beach Resort without a guardian.
3. Check out time is 12 Noon. Check-in time at 11 Am. Early check in and late check out are possible on a case-to-case basis upon prior conversation with the Hotel. The hotel may charge fees for early check in and late check out.
4. Please Ensure each child must carry age proof, otherwise the host may conclude to put a child into the adult category and put additional charges.
5. Please ensure each guest must carry original and photocopy of identity proof. Id must be issued by government.
6. Guests must lock their doors and windows when not in the room. Management will not be liable for loss or damage to the guests’ belongings. Guests are requested to take care of their valuables during their stay.
7. Keep fire away. Do not kindle fire, Do not throw away lighted matches, cigarettes etc. Smoking is not allowed in public areas like reception, lobby, restaurant.
8. Male visitors are not allowed in the female guest’s room and vise-versa, in that case they can meet each other in reception or restaurant.
9. Visitors must produce and give a photocopy of their ID proof and phone number in the reception.
10. Visitors are not allowed inside the room after 8 PM. 
11. Outside foods are not allowed in the hotel.
12. The Visitors must carry and submit a valid govt, ID proof (Aadhar, Voter, Dl, Passport) at reception and the leaving time should be informed to the reception before going to the room.
13. Drugs and gambling is strictly prohibited in the property.
14. Pets are allowed inside the hotel.
15. In case any damage or loss to the property by guests during their stay, it will be the sole accountability of the guests and the host will levy damage, charges as deemed fit.
16. Adults and Children above the age of 10 years in addition to 02 persons per cottage will be charged extra @ 600 /-, if any. Max 01 person per cottage thus is allowed but the stay may not be comfortable due to shortage of space in that case.
17. In case of early day check out, tariff for the whole booking period declared during making reservation must be paid including tariff for the day on which stay would not be availed.
18. Originals and Xerox copies of Identity cards like EPIC / ADHAAR of all the boarders must be submitted at reception during check-in.
19. Consumption of liquor at common passage outside cottages are not permissible and liable for any legal action by concerned govt. agencies, if intercepted during violation.
20. Playing personal sound boxes under sky at the common deck or loud conversation / gathering after 10 pm at common space is strictly prohibited.
21. Room service may not be available between 10 pm and 6 am on next day.
22. If guest fails to check in by 9 pm on scheduled date of check in without prior intimation, the booking will be considered as cancelled from the end of customer and resort will accept fresh booking against the same room after 9 pm from that day.
23. Restrictions for bathing in the sea during high tides or bad weather conditions or during the period when sea bath is prohibited by local govt authorities must be followed.
24. Taking inn Outside food into the cottages/ rooms are strictly prohibited.
25. Resort holds the right to cancel any booking on a prior notice of minimum 24 hours without showing any reason. Resort can also cancel the booking or refuse to allow check in if there is any violation of the norms as mentioned above.
26. In case of loss of personal belongings if any, Hotel will not be held responsible . please double check your room / cottage before departure.
27. All rooms are air conditioned and do not keep windows/doors open.
28. Wi-Fi facility is free.
29. Password is provided at the reception.
30. Guests must wear appropriate attire and foot wear while moving around the public area inside the premises.
31. Outside guests will not be allowed to enter any cottage/room without permission of the resort authority.
32. Carrying explosives, weapons , inflammable materials into the hotel is punishable offence.
33. No external electrical gazettes are allowed inside the room.
34. If the guest is coming with pet , vaccination certificate of the pet must be carried in original. The pet should never be allowed to roam freely within the resort premises. In case of any untoward incident, the pet owner will be held responsible.
35. Checking in, after going through above mentioned policies sent through this booking slip confirms that the guest is completely agreed to obey the rules and regulations of this resort.
36. Charge for any damage of the room or property, even if done unintentionally will have to be bourn by the boarder before check out in cash as per charge mentioned by the Resort management.
37. Legal issues, if any , to be addressed at any court of law within Kolkata only.
38. Solo Travelers are not allowed to give entry of any outsiders to his / her room between check in and out.
39. However he / she may meet with any guest at the reception between 5 pm and 7 pm . In that case, identity of the guest must be produced to the resort authority and a copy signed by the visitor and the guest of the Identity card will be preserved at the resort.

Standard cancellation policy of one time nontransferable reschedule of tour within next one month applies if cancellation is informed before 6 days of check inn. (Subject to availability of room on desired date of rescheduled tour) . 

50% of total room rent will be deducted as cancellation charge if cancelled between 15 days and 07 days prior to check in date and
No refund request  will be entertained if cancellation made thereafter.

In case of reschedule, discounts, if any offered will not apply and normal tariff including GST will be charged. Excess amount may required to be paid in that case. Choice of rooms will only be considered as per availability .

In case of reschedule request against cancellation of multiple rooms , adjustment of advance will only be made again same number of rooms during reschedule . If number of rooms reduces during reschedule, at par price of same number of rooms booked previously will only be adjusted and excess payment will not be adjusted or refunded any way.

  No reschedule request will be entertained if cancelled after 06 days prior of scheduled  check in . 

Date of reschedule must be informed before previous date of checking inn.* 

Resort holds the right to cancel any booking on a prior notice of minimum 24 hours without showing any reason. Resort can also cancel the booking or refuse to allow check in if violation of any norms as mentioned above is not obayed.

Legal issues, if any , to be addressed at any court of law within Kolkata only.

SOCIAL POLICY

• All guests are requested to provide a valid photo ID at the time of Check-In.
• Valid ID Accepted: Driving Licence, Aadhar Card, Voter ID, Passport.

ADDITIONAL GUEST POLICY

All categories of rooms allow only two (2) adult guests per room with one (1) minor up to age 9 years. The hotel provides an extra bed with an additional charge.

CHILD POLICY

Lodging for one Child below 5 years is complimentary.

PET POLICY

The Golden Beach Resort  allow pets in the guest room on chargeable basis (INR 350/pet per night).
