General Rules : 

1. Relation between Management & Visitors

Nothing herein shall be deemed to constitute the relation of Landlord and Tenant between the Management of the Hotel any Visitor or Guest, but the Management shall always be deemed to be in possession and control of the Hotel premises.

2. Hotel Rights

a) The Management reserves to itself the right to add or amend and / or alter any of the terms, conditions and / or rules at any time whatsoever without assigning any reason.

b) The Management reserves to itself the right to ask any resident to vacate his or her room at any moment without previous notice or assigning any reason whatsoever. 

3. Visitor’s Belongings :

a) The Management does not hold itself responsible for the loss of or damage to the Guest, Visitor’s goods or any property due to any cause whatsoever, including loss of or damage due to acts of God, the Republic enemies, war, insurrection, civil commotion, fire, earthquake etc. 

b) Valuable and Currencies should not be left in the rooms, but should be deposited at the Reception for safe custody.

4. Bills  

a) Bills must be paid at the time of check-in or at least before check-out and latest once a week,for the long stayers, checks are not accepted. If bills are not paid on desired time the management will be entitled to take action of the room immediately.

b) To avoid any misunderstanding , luggage will not be removed on hotel premises until all bills settled in full, as per law, the first lien of defaulters properties in the hotels.

c) The management will be entitled to take immediately procession of the room immediately or any resident leaving without paying his/her bill, and for such purpose to open the room and detain his or her luggage and belongings and deal with the same in due course.

d) Visitors intending to leave the hotel are requested to give adequate notice to the front office.

5. Damage to Hotel Property

Guest will be held responsible for any damage caused to any of the hotel property movable or immovable by themselves , their guests for their private attendants.

6. Reservation of Rooms

a) Full tariff will be charged for rooms for the period they reserved,irrespective of whether they are occupied or not.

b) Visitors designing of retain their room during absence from the hotel, may do so giving prior information to the management in writing, but for such period on reduction will be made in charge.

c) Full day charge will be made for every 24 hours or part thereof,after the check-out time as mentioned in clause 10. 

7. Rights of Admission are revised by the hotel management

8. Playing musical instruments etc

Radio or others musical instruments are not allowed to be played in guest room after 11 pm or at any other time if they cause disturbance other guests.

9. Check out time at 10 am

10. Rooms card 

Keys must be left at the reception before going out, guests not desiring their rooms to be cleaned in their absence may please put up a "DO NOT DISTURB" sign

11. Routine safety precautions 

Guests are requested to look their room while going to bed. While going out please look your room and hand over the key at the front office.

12. Governments Rules and Regulations

Guests are requested to observe and abide by the government rules and regulations in force from time to time respect of registration consumps of alcoholic drinks, carrying of the fire arms etc.

13. Hazardous goods 

Storing inflammable and hazardous goods in the room is strictly prohibited.

14. Pets 

Pet animals and birds are not permitted to be bought or kept on room.

15. Amendment of Rules

The Management reserves the right to add or after or amend any of the above terms, condition and rules

16. Visitors are not permitted in rooms after 10pm.

17. SWIMMING POOL

Pool timings- 7am to 1pm and 3pm to 8pm.Dry fit costumes are compulsory,Regular clothes are not allowed. Pets are not permitted in Pool.
